1. Platform Accessibility and Service Modifications

MTSTORE provides a global marketplace operating across Europe and the Americas. Access to the website is provided free of charge on an "as available" basis. All costs relating to hardware, internet connections, or local data plans required to access our services are the sole responsibility of the User.

The Publisher reserves the absolute right to interrupt, suspend, restrict, or modify access to all or part of the platform at any time, without prior notice, for system maintenance, infrastructure updates, or unexpected technical emergencies. No compensation or damages may be claimed by Users due to platform downtime.

2. User Account Security and Responsibilities

To unlock full purchasing and tracking features on MTSTORE, Users may be prompted to register a personal account.

Accuracy of Data: You agree to provide strictly accurate, truthful, and current personal information during registration.

Failure to adhere to these rules will result in the immediate termination of your account, a permanent IP ban, and potential legal action.

4. Pricing Errors and Manifest Glitches

While MTSTORE takes great care to display accurate descriptions, stock statuses, and prices across its global marketplace catalog, clerical or technical errors may occasionally occur.

In accordance with trade laws, MTSTORE and its vendors are not legally bound to fulfill orders resulting from an obvious IT bug, manifest pricing glitch, or system malfunction where the displayed price is derisory or structurally unsustainable (e.g., an item worth $200 accidentally listed for $2). In such instances, the order will be canceled, and the Customer will be fully refunded without further liability.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The overall layout, structural framework, design elements, source code, graphics, product listings, textual descriptions, logos, and digital imagery displayed on MTSTORE are the exclusive intellectual property of French Deli Group LLC or its content suppliers.

Any unauthorized reproduction, cloning, extraction, public display, or distribution of these assets, in whole or in part, without the express prior written consent of Mr. Mathis PLANCON is strictly prohibited under international copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Publisher makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous accuracy, reliability, or completeness of third-party marketplace data published on the site. French Deli Group LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site, system bugs, cyber-attacks, or delivery disruptions handled by external shipping networks.
